He wasn't quite ready to start the service when we needed him but, he made it work and made himself available. We were his first clients. He picked us up at our homes right on time, drove safely and was very pleasant for our 3 a.m. pick up. Upon our return, our plane had a mechanical issue which delayed our arrival time by two hours. He waited without any complaints and was waiting for us with a smile. Then of course, our luggage had gotten split up and one piece went to the wrong location. It was an additional hour wait for the luggage to arrive. Again he waited without any complaints. Once we got home, I offered him extra money for the inconvenience we had caused him and he refused to take it. He provides the kind of service we are all looking for and rarely find. I plan to use him anytime I plan to be gone more than a few days. The cost is well worth not having to leave my vehicle at the airport plus you get dropped off at the terminal, not having to carry luggage on the shuttle bus from the parking lot to the terminal."
